CUSTOM MACHINE BUILDS
For over 30 years Maddox has been building custom builds in a wide range of industries. We specialize in brake line automotive presses, which range from small hand presses to fully automated double end forming presses. Our builds also include tables, leak assembly tester carts, and welding fixtures. Custom builds can include servo, hydraulic, robotic and pneumatic equipment.
TOOL & DIE DESIGN & PRODUCTION
Maddox has full capabilities to cover your tooling and fixture designs. We can help design and then create the tooling to meet your needs. We work with a variety of materials to include steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, carbide, and plastics. We also have access to coating options.
CAD/CAM DESIGN
Our CAD/CAM designers work with integrated software that can streamline the design and production process to fit your needs for 2D and 3D models. Cimetron and AutoCAD software.
WELDING & FABRICATING
Our experience welders perform MIG & TIG welding on various materials such as steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Our team can fabricate carts, tables, and custom builds to meet your design needs. We work with steel suppliers to obtain the best material options to save you money on your custom build.
EDM CAPABILITIES
We have conventional and wire EDM available. Our staff can handle many different EDM requirements from small or large runs
CONTROLS
We work with an experienced controls team that can meet your wiring and programming requirements for your custom build. We offer the complete package from design, fabrication, wiring and programing.
